Add-ons are available only for instant bookings, and will not be available for on-hold bookings. If you would like to hold your booking, you can select your add-ons once you have completed your payment by managing your booking through 'My Trips'.
Purchase conditions
- Lounge access is valid for a maximum duration of six hours.
- All membership cards and boarding passes must be in the passenger's name. Qatar Airways reserves the right to request government-issued photo identification to verify access credentials.
- Qatar Airways Economy Class passengers can purchase lounge access and need to present a valid ticket when accessing the lounge.
- Only passengers holding Qatar Airways Business Class tickets can purchase access to Al Safwa Lounge.
- Infants may enter free of charge, if the accompanying passenger had purchased lounge access.
- Lounge access is available at a discounted rate for children who are 2-12 years old.
- Lounge access can be booked up until three hours prior to the flight's time of departure.
- Privilege Club members cannot earn Qmiles for purchased lounge access
- For group bookings, please contact your nearest Qatar Airways office or contact centre.
- Lounge access cannot be purchased by customers holding tickets for flights operated by interline and codeshare partners, or flights operated by other carriers.
- Qatar Airways Business Class passengers can access Al Mourjan Lounge, First and Business Class Lounges as well as the Premium Arrivals Lounge free of charge at Doha Hamad International Airport
- Lounge access fees are non-refundable.
Purchase conditions
- Al Maha Meet and Assist Services are only available to customers departing, arriving or transiting at Hamad International Airport in Doha, Qatar.
- Al Maha Services can be purchased by any Qatar Airways passenger.
- Al Maha Services must be booked at least twelve (12) hours prior to departure.
- Al Maha Meet and Assist Services are available at a discounted rate for children aged between 2 and 12 years.A discounted child fare will apply to infants who are booked at the child fare.
- Customers are charged on a per passenger basis. For example, three passengers will be charged the service fee three times.
- Charges collected for Al Maha Services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Charges collected for Al Maha Services are non-refundable in the case of no-shows.
- Changes are permitted providing Qatar Airways is informed at least 12 hours local time prior to departure. Changes that are made less than 12 hours from departure will be considered as a no-show and the service charges are non-refundable.
- Al Maha Meet and Assist Service purchases are not counted towards Qmiles accruals for Privilege Club members.
- For group bookings, please contact your nearest Qatar Airways office or contact centre.
- For departure services, customers are required to contact Al Maha Services on (+974) 3329 1629 or (+974) 3326 6509 at least thirty (30) minutes prior to arriving at Hamad International Airport.
